cable purchased and working great. However... the image on the bigscreen was a wholelot shifted to the left, so missing some gameaction there..

solved!!

It turned out to be a selection on my HD-tv, on AV channel; i had to choose PAL config, but AV channels was default set on auto for this PAL televisionset.
that’s why the image was shifted to the left. [choises were; AUTO/PAL/Mntsc/SECAM/NTSC ]

My Sega Mega Drive is also PAL and broadcasting with your scartcable at 16/9, with no problems and pinsharp images and stereo-sound!

Just moved into my first place with my fiancée and found the mega drive which I hadn't used for over a decade and thought it would be great to setup again.
Got this cable and plugged the scart into my lcd tv.
At first I thought I hadn't plugged it in properly but was just the sega picking up speed again.
Picture and sound are exactly how I remembered and with a 40" screen the pixels don't look too big at all.

Recomendadíssimo!!!! Pude comprovar a ótima qualidade que o Sega Megadrive produz em RGB. Com esse cabo mais o conversor Scart/HDMI, vou aposentar minha TV de Tubo. Só tenho uma observação a explanar, Senhor Vendedor, quando for enviar algum de seus produtos para o Brasil, informe o valor, pois fui taxado em $30 por um produto que paguei $15, ou seja, paguei o valor de outro cabo. Sei que vocês não tem culpa, mas nosso país gosta de comer o dinheiro das pessoas. Obrigado e até a próxima!

This cable is the best! Its even better than the original due to the stereo output which was not possible before.

This is a good quality cable, and a must have if you are an Megadrive fanatic like me.
