Using with a 60hz modded PAL Mega Drive, I had issues with a cheap RGB cable that I assume was wired up for sync on composite rather than c-sync. My main TV (newish Samsung) had difficulty stabilising the image (in 60hz mode). It would take upward of a minute of flickering until it became usable.
With this cable, the image stabilises immediately and looks great. Reduces the jailbars and the stereo output is a nice bonus.
Highly recommended, especially if you’re having sync issues with a 60hz modded PAL console.

Received today Packapunch RGB Cable for my Mega Drive 1 and quality compared with original Scart Sega cable is way higher.
It's amazing the quality, image is super sharper and not pixelated. I tested on my CRT and i'm pretty happy with result.
Would recommend this cable for everyone and i'm looking for buy more RGB cables for my other systems soon.
