If you are not completely satisfied with the product please return the item within 30 days and you will receive a full refund subject to the product being returning in the same condition it was received in. However, we cannot refund the return postage costs. If the item you is received damaged or faulty, please return, whereby a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost. All cables come with a 1 year guarantee against component failure. However, this does not cover wear and tear. Any tampering or modification of the item will void the warranty. If the item malfunctions please return and a replacement will be dispatched to you free of charge.
