Super Nintendo

What cable options do I have for my Super Nintendo / Super Famicom?
To upgrade from the traditional RF cable there are a few different RGB SCART cables available for both the PAL SNES, NTSC SNES and Super Famicom. If you are using a SCART to component converter, like the CSY2100 or a clone variant you will need an RGB SCART with RCA sound break out. All RGB SCART cables are compatible with video up-scalers.
If your Nintendo console has the 12 pin MULTI OUT or AV OUT port then please read this article because even though the ports look the same on each console you may need different cables for each system.
